Terms of Service

Nomadlex is an online marketplace that connects users with independent, verified immigration lawyers. Nomadlex is operated by Branislav Miladinovic, a registered autonomo in Spain (CNAE 6201 / 6312).

By using Nomadlex, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Nomadlex acts solely as an intermediary connecting users with independent immigration lawyers.
• Lawyers listed on the platform are independent professionals, not employees, agents, or representatives of Nomadlex.
• Any legal services are provided directly by the lawyer you engage, under a separate agreement between you and that lawyer.
• Nomadlex does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any legal services provided by lawyers on the platform.

Our Eligibility Information Tool uses rule-based logic to provide general information about digital nomad visa requirements. You acknowledge that:

• The tool provides general information only and does not constitute legal advice.
• Results are based on publicly available information and may not reflect the most recent changes in immigration law.
• There is no guarantee of visa approval. Individual circumstances vary and only a qualified lawyer can assess your specific situation.
• You should always consult a qualified immigration lawyer before making any decisions based on the tool's output.

As a user of Nomadlex, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when using the platform, including the eligibility checker and account registration.
• Conduct your own due diligence when selecting a lawyer.
• Not misuse the platform, including attempting to circumvent security measures or engage in fraudulent activity.
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.

• Nomadlex does not process, collect, or facilitate payments between users and lawyers.
• All financial arrangements, including fees, payment terms, and refunds, are made directly between the user and the chosen lawyer.
• Nomadlex is not a party to any service agreement between users and lawyers.

• Under Spanish consumer protection law (TRLGDCU), you have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 calendar days.
• As Nomadlex is an intermediary platform and not the provider of legal services, withdrawal rights for legal services must be exercised directly with the lawyer.
• To withdraw from your Nomadlex account or data processing, contact hello@nomadlex.io.

• Nomadlex operates as an information society service under Ley 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).
• The platform facilitates introductions between users seeking immigration information and qualified legal professionals.
• Nomadlex does not provide, endorse, or guarantee any legal services.

• In compliance with the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation 2022/2065), Nomadlex verifies the identity and professional credentials of all lawyers listed on the platform.
• All lawyers must provide proof of bar association registration and professional indemnity insurance before being listed.
• To report illegal content or listings, contact hello@nomadlex.io.

All content on Nomadlex, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Nomadlex or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Nomadlex is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• Nomadlex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Nomadlex is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or advice of lawyers listed on the platform.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Nomadlex in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@nomadlex.io. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity, with or without notice.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Nomadlex shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.

For EU consumers: nothing in these terms affects your rights under applicable EU consumer protection legislation. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
